Astonish Inbox

Your team's inbox, without paying Google per seat.

Bring your domain and your addresses. Astonish Inbox puts the mail from real people in front of you, files the receipts for your accountant, and gives your team one shared inbox where everyone keeps their own place.

An example shared mailbox. The people and the club are made up.
  • From Astonish, sending UK email since 2012
  • Keep your domain and every address
  • Shared inboxes with a read state for each person
  • Founder-run, based in Hampshire

You're paying for seats, and still reading everything.

  • A login for every person, and another for the shared address.
  • The shared inbox where one person reads a message and everyone else loses track of it.
  • Newsletters, receipts and notifications in the same pile as the customer who needs an answer.
  • At the end of the year, someone searching their email for every invoice.

An inbox that sorts itself, for a whole team.

  • Mail from people, first.

Home shows the conversations from real people that need you. Newsletters and notifications are counted and filed, not mixed in.

  • One shared inbox, everyone's own place.

info@ or hello@ for the whole team, and each person sees what they have and haven't read.

  • Every address you use.

Aliases deliver into the mailbox you choose, and a catch-all takes anything else sent to your domain, so nothing is dropped.

  • Receipts filed for your accountant.

Invoices and receipts go into a folder for each UK tax year, ready to export as one zip.

  • Decide once per sender.

Bin, archive or mute everything from an address or a whole domain, and unsubscribe in one click where the sender allows it.

  • People, organisations and a calendar.

Everyone you write to, every company that bills you, and invites from people you know on your calendar. Invites from strangers wait in the email until you add them.

Move without losing a message.

  1. Bring your domain.

We set up your domain to receive through Astonish. Your addresses stay exactly as they are.

  2. Bring your history.

Your old mail comes across from Google, sent and archived mail included.

  3. Switch when you're ready.

Run both side by side for a few days, then point your mail at Astonish and cancel the old seats.

Built for small teams and the people who run them.

  • Clubs, charities and small businesses with a few people and a shared address.
  • Founders with several mailboxes and not enough hours.

See your inbox sorted.
